Designed for creative products
The structure, materials and small details should support the product story while remaining practical to assemble again and again.

Packaging for jewelry, resin art, candles, stationery, preserved flowers and other crafted products.
Compartments, component order, instructions and pack-level labels for maker-ready sets.
Tissue, cards, ribbon, pouches and finishing steps assembled before dispatch.
Pilot runs and limited editions used to test the design before repeat production.
From packaging idea to gift-ready pack
Choose the structure around the product, the gifting moment and the delivery route rather than starting with a generic box.
Color and print matter, but the design must also control fit, opening sequence, product movement, part organization, hand-assembly time and packed dimensions. The result should feel considered without becoming difficult to reproduce.
Reference images, customer profile, brand palette and product story are translated into a practical brief. Jeton coordinates structure, dielines, print areas, blank or printed samples and artwork version control; the customer approves all brand assets and claims.
A sample is reviewed as an experience and an operating format. We examine the first view after opening, component order, card placement, fit, protection, closure, finish and the steps required to assemble the pack again.
Eligible products can be wrapped, folded, tied, labeled, placed into compartments and assembled as gift sets or DIY kits according to an approved pack-out instruction. Pilot quantities help test the sequence before repeat fulfillment.
The customer-facing pack and the international shipping layer solve different problems. Jeton can coordinate protective outer cartons, cushioning and consolidation so the designed gift presentation is not asked to absorb every transport impact.
Minimums, tooling, print setup, material availability and handwork time depend on the exact design. The packaging factory manufactures the components; Jeton coordinates the approved receiving, optional checks, assembly, storage and dispatch modules.
Packaging decisions should begin with product protection and route constraints, then move to appearance. Depending on the format, options may include kraft or coated board, corrugated structures, paper sleeves, poly or fabric bags, molded or folded inserts, labels, cards and printed tape. Printing method, color coverage, lamination, varnish, foil, embossing and surface durability affect minimums, tooling and lead time.
A visually attractive sample still needs operational review. Jeton can coordinate checks for fit, movement, edge protection, label position, barcode readability, assembly sequence, carton strength and packed dimensions. Drop, compression or destination-specific testing may require a specialist laboratory. The approved pack-out record becomes the working reference for repeat assembly.
